We are a Physical Culture club located in Lugarno, Sydney. Physi is a competitive sport for girls aged 3 and up. Physi promotes fitness, flexibility, co-ordination, club spirit, fun, confidence and good sportsmanship. It’s based on basic ballet, modern dance and pilates.
