I have been apart of adrenalin for 6 years and it was the best decision I ever made! This club is my second family and I don't know what I would do without them. Cheerleading is a great sport to get into as it combines a whole heap of different skills, dancing and teaches you the true meaning of teamwork. It's keeps you fit and healthy and it's just all round a lot of fun. Nothing like your stereotypical football cheerleaders you see in the movies. This is the real deal! <3

Joining Adrenalin is one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had. From being in skills classes to multiple competitive teams I have developed as a person and an athlete. Cheer leading keeps me fit and is a fun and physically challenging sport which I devote majority of my time to. I wouldn't go to any other club, it's like a family and I love the people and the atmosphere.

LOVE DANCING AT IDA!!!

My children have danced at IDA for many years now & have made many lifelong friends and they have enjoyed all of the opportunities that IDA gives to the dancers. Being one of the smaller dance studios in Mackay the teachers at IDA are very focused on each individual dancers progress whether it is Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Highland, Irish or Baton Twirling. IDA has a real caring family atmosphere about it and I highly recommend the studio to anyone wanting to dance. We just love it there!
