Adults Beginner's Month

Adults who are looking to try a new activity which will improve fitness, coordination, focus, flexibility and concentration are most welcome to take part in our Adults Beginner's Week! KMAA provides a safe and friendly environment for all Adults, whether they are starting at the very beginning or have had previous Martial Arts experience. As with all of KMAA's Programs, the Adults program is designed to meet the needs of its students. For this reason, we provide ability specific classes; Adult Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced Adults, Black Belts. KMAA’s Adult Beginners program provides the fundamental skills of Taekwondo whilst incorporating other key skills of Martial Arts including fitness, weaponry and self-defence. Our Beginner Adults Instructors provide a welcoming atmosphere for all new students regardless of age or ability. Students leave each and every class feeling inspired and motivated to learn valuable life skills. You are welcome to take part in two trial lessons during our Adults Beginner's Month Event!
