Vim Kids yoga classes are for children, tweens and teens. Founded by Amanda Reynolds. Amanda is a certified yoga instructor, specialising in yoga for kids. Classes introduce kids to yoga poses, breathing exercises and mindfulness through stories, songs, yoga games and guided visualisations.
