Junior Coaching
BEGINNERS TO INTERMEDIATETwo sessions available: Sat, 11:00AM to 1:30 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM
Juniors will learn basic badminton strokes, racket skills and footwork
Body strengthening, speed and agility exercises will be introduced
5 courts are available for the junior coaching in every session, with a dedicated coach assigned for every court

All juniors will be grouped according to their skills and development
Badminton rules and playing badminton games will also be introduced to all juniors

ADVANCED One session available: Sat, 1:30 to 4:00 PM

Juniors will progress to more advanced badminton strokes and footwork

Badminton drills for playing singles, doubles and mixed doubles will be introduced

Game tactics will be taught to juniors who are interested in playing in regular competitions

Achievement Target

Represent CHRSLBC in local and national competitions
NSW junior and graded tournaments
U13 National in Altona, Victoria
U15 National in Australian cities
U17 National in Australia and NZ

Active Kids Program
Parents, guardians and carers can now apply for twovouchers per calendar year for each member enrolled in our clubto be usedfor registration and participation costs.
