Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that integrates elements of acrobatics, dance, music and culture. Through a variety of interactive, fun, and engaging activities, children explore many facets of the Capoeira experience, including moving, kicking, dodging, acrobatics, singing & playing percussive instruments.

Our Capoeira classes cater for the students cognitive and physical development and are designed to enhance social skills, boost confidence, nurture resilience and inspire a passion for movement and music all while learning the foundations and rich culture of Capoeira.

Our Capoeira classes are constructed on having fun, as a mediator for learning. When a child is laughing, smiling and being positive, we believe they have the greatest potential to absorb and integrate new concepts. The musical aspect makes children more comfortable, more willing to exercise and it also brings the benefits of social, emotional and cognitive development.
