I'm a Fine Artist & Integrative Allied Health Professional offering a small number of Creative & Therapeutic Sessions for individuals (& small groups) in the western suburbs.

I have an intrinsic interest in symbolic approaches to life and meaning making, and have worked professionally in trauma and counselling in parallel to my own art practice processing life issues, questions and events through symbol and narrative.

Arts centred therapeutic sessions are personally designed to meet your goals & can include: sensory & conceptual explorations, processing and skills development anchored around expressive arts, music, nature, philosophy, story, play, journalling & creative arts mentoring.

Trauma informed & neurodiverse affirming, sessions are offered across South East Queensland via Mobile or Zoom, or my Studio working studio gallery nestled in the midst of a beautiful bush block close to Karana Downs Village .

I have a degree in Social Work ( AASW member) and surrounded by a beautiful bunch of ND family myself.
