Whether you are learning for fitness or for self defense our classes will give you an overall workout and build your self confidence. Choy Lay Fut is a traditional Chinese martial art with over 150 years of history.

OUR HISTORY

Buck Sing Choy Lay Fut was founded by the legendary master Tarm Sarm. Grandmaster Dave Lacey is a 4th generation Buck Sing patriot, he established his school, the "Buck Sing Gwoon" in 1989 in St. Kilda. Due to the good location of the school and his well known reputation in the Australian Chinese Martial Arts circles, it soon attracted the attention of martial arts enthusiasts seeking to learn Choy Lay Fut kung fu.

Kids classes are available on Saturday mornings at Yarraville. Kids classes are fun, fitness orientated and structured to burn energy and teach discipline. While the class is aimed at kids, Mums and Dads are welcomed to train with the kids on Saturdays. Training sessions help children develop a sense of: - confidence - self control - discipline - awareness - respect - integrity - balance - coordination.

• East Caulfield Reserve Hall, East Caulfield.

SIfu NIck Lizos teaches at the Caulfield school and is a 5th generation Buck Sing disciple. He has been a student of Master General Dave Lacey for over 20 years. Chief Instructor at Yarraville Instructor Terry Ho is a 6th generation Buck Sing disciple.
