    Review of Brighton SLSC
Family friendly surf club with fantastic views of the beach, especially from the balcony. Great options for quality food on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. The club is completely run by volunteer club members which gives a relaxed welcoming environment.

    Great Family club
The Brighton Surf Life Saving club has a wonderful view of Brighton Beach, especially spectacular at sunset as it offers one of the few places with uninterrupted views of the sun setting over the ocean in Australia. It is a great community organisation, purely volunteer run, offering training for Surf Lifesaving skills in a fun atmosphere for 7 years old and up. Their Nipper and Youth Programmes are particularly inclusive. For those looking to keep fit they offer great community programmes for swimming and boat rowing in the ocean. The 4 o'clock all of club swim each Saturday gets people aged from 8 to 80 swimming as one club. a real highlight to watch and be part of. They also run the largest open water swim event on the first weekend each FEBRUARY. It is a great community day and essential fund raiser for the life saving equipment they need all year. Head here any weekend in Summer for great food in a fantastic location. I highly recommend you come for a visit, give it a go and create new lifelong friends.
