A locally owned and managed family fitness business with world class trainers and facilities. BodySmith boasts a 24/7 gym with specifically sourced commercial grade3 equipment.
We have quality and experienced personal trainers managed by a Physiotherapist.
The centre still retains squash courts and the Squash club is always looking for players.
Our fitness classes are a variety of favourites like mixed weights, spin, Pilates(TM) and circuit sessions with some unique programs like Pound(TM) and FitRanX(TM) which take workouts to a whole new level of fun!
BodySmith has a ladies' only area with hydraulic equipment and traditional gym equipment to create a comfortable atmosphere and environment for the women who are looking for that safe space.

JKA Christies Beach teaches Shotokan karate classes from the BodySmith Dojo with Sensei Matt Smith 3rd Dan JKA.
FitRanX is our internationally recognised fitness grading system that combines a Crossfit-like style with a safer and more regulated approach, giving people very specific strength and conditioning requirements and goals to meet grading level criterior.
