Come and see our fully equipped martial arts gym in a friendly environment with our professional instructors who will take care of you. We specialise in Karate-Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing.

Dr George Adams, Hanshi has been in the martial arts since 1975 and is the holder of Black Belt 8th Degree in Karate and has had a very successful tournament career in the '80s and '90s, both national and international. He has also extensively trained and has Black Belts in Pilipino Martial Arts, Arnis, Japanese Jiu-Jitsu and certifications in Muay Thai. His expertise in martial arts goes well beyond the martial arts. With over 40 years of policing and training officers, his martial arts knowledge is based on the reality aspect of training. Although, his first taste in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) was in 1994 and training for a number of years from one place to another when BJJ was not so available in Australia, it was not until 2007 he took up BJJ very seriously training under a number of very prominent Jiu-Jitsu instructors such as Richard Norton, Jean Jacques Machado many others. He was training 6-7 days a week until he got his Black Belt in 2016. George continues to train under Richard Norton and various other schools.
