WELCOME TO BIKINI BODS!

We now have children's classes due to demand running every Tuesday and Thursday at 4pm for 45minutes.

We welcome all Kids from the age of 8-12 regardless their fitness level or if they have never done boxing or kickboxing before. Everyone is welcomed, supported and encouraged at Bikini Bods. All our classes are suitable for beginners.

Even though we are strictly non-contact, we place great pride in always ensuring correct boxing and Muay Thai kickboxing technique is taught. We also ensure the kids general exercise technique is correct and specialise in injury management and prevention.
