Our school teaches self defense, discipline, control, bullying resolution methods, sparring- competition training- while at the same time you get fit and have fun! :D

Our club is very friendly, fair and your training will be effective. Female instructor who is a state, national and world champion fighter with 18 years of experience.
Fully insured, coaching accredited, first aid certified

Kids and adults mixed classes- mums and dad's train with their kids..
