BASED Kelmscott provides a fun and supportive facility for Athletes and the Community to improve health, fitness and performance using leading technology and scientifically proven methods delivered by skilled coaches and sports scientists from diverse backgrounds.
BASED provides innovative programs for fitness, weight loss, long term athlete development and functional movement programs to support all ages and levels.
The centre also has mat space and facilities available for teams, clubs and organisations to grow and develop their sports.

And that's the BASED training where EVERY session is a 'PT' session.
Don't pay $50 for an hour session with a PT, PLUS gym membership.
At BASED you pay $50 a week for up to 4 sessions and EVERY session is with a Coach who has your program.
Book and manage your sessions through the app.
We can and do, have children from 6years old training.
