Are you ready to live a happier, healthier life?

As a non-profit, community based yoga lifestyle centre, we are proud to offer an authentic, wholistic approach to the ancient practice of yoga. Our goal is to provide you with the tools you need to live a truly balanced life - mentally, physically and spiritually.

We are running a Mindful Kids Holiday Retreat in April, plus we will have 2 weekly Kids Yoga classes during Term 2 for your little ones to enjoy. It's all about introducing holistic healthy living, lasting inner peace and true happiness to the next generation of yogis so they can lead successful lives both inside and out. Our last Mindful Kids holiday event was well loved, and covered by 9 News Gold Coast.
