Description

We support all families. Mums who are mixed-feeding, bottle-feeding, exclusively expressing, or not breastfeeding are always welcome. We chat in a relaxed setting, and there is often access to a breastfeeding counsellor or educator who can assist you with any breastfeeding questions, worries, or issues you may be having.

What we offer
The Hills Group meets on the 1st and 3rd Friday mornings of the month at Glenhaven Community Centre. However, we usually take a short break over the school holidays and/or have a combined park play and catch-up with the Blacktown Group somewhere in the Hills/Blacktown area. Check the calendar tab above for details.

Our events are very informal and are run by volunteers.
No one minds if you're running late or need to leave early!
While a nominated topic is set for each date, there is always an opportunity to discuss other topics of interest within the group or individually with a counsellor.

Parents, grandparents, and friends are welcome, along with babies and children of all ages. So, if you've never been to our group before (or it's been a while since your last visit), why not come along and say hello? We'd love to see you!
