HAVE FUN, GET ACTIVE, MAKE FRIENDS & TRY SYNCHRONISED SWIMMING
Girls aged 7 to 107 are kindly welcomed to our FREE Come and Try session to try something new and discover the sport of synchronised swimming and meet our friendly Aqualina team.
Synchronised swimming is creative sport which allows girls to develop swimming confidence whilst improving their strength, endurance, fitness, creativity and coordination.
DATE: Sunday 28th February 2016
TIME: 10:00am - Midday
VENUE: Milne Bay Aquatic and Fitness Centre, located on the corner of Herries and Victoria Streets, Toowoomba.
WHAT TO BRING: togs, goggles, swim cap, water bottle, towel
