Reformer, Mat Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Pre & Postnatal, Seniors, Mums & Bubs classes, Kids Mat Pilates and Infrared Sauna.

With over 70 classes 7 days a week, feed Your body and challenge Your mind at a time that works around Your busy life. Our dynamic, whole body workouts for everybody and every body will make You feel strong and energised. You can also enjoy the Infrared Sauna a powerful addition to Your health & wellbeing routine.

Kids Mat Pilates: This dynamic mat class will get the kids moving while having fun! The 40-minute, low-impact classes are aimed for 8 years +, and are specifically
tailored for them to build endurance, learn how to move efficiently, increase muscular strength, and overall fitness. Pilates will help them establish correct principles of movement to use for their whole lives: for posture, how they walk, bend over, etc. It also facilitates other activities e.g. soccer, swimming, as it focuses on strengthening the core and the whole body as well as stretching, providing children with the foundations to perform all their activities more effectively and more confidently. In addition, pilates teaches them mindfulness, and being present in their movement and body.
Please note classes run during school terms only. The best part? Parents and carers can do a Reformer class in the other room while the kids are exercising. A win-win!
